Responsibilities:
- Submitting Invoices in RASR: Process and submit invoices using the RASR system, ensuring all necessary details are included for accurate billing and payment.
- Approving Transactions in Client: Review and approve financial transactions such as vouchers and requisitions in Client, ensuring compliance with organizational and sponsored project policies.
- Submitting Journals in Client: Submit journal entries to record financial transactions accurately in Client.
- Submitting Payroll Actions in Client: Input and submit payroll data, ensuring employee effort allocations are recorded properly in Client.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using financial systems such as RASR and Client.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices, transactions, journals, and payroll actions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
