Remote but you must be local to NYC or NJ area.
A plus would be previous experience with Utilities or Construction industry
W2: $75/hr
This is a Hybrid (2-3 days) in the office

Overview: The Change Management Lead facilitates the successful adoption of process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to drive organizational buy-in and smooth transitions. This role is essential for supporting change acceptance and enhancing project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop change management strategies that support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders to foster buy-in and support for new processes and systems.
- Design and lead workshops and training sessions for project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess change adoption, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in change management with certification in change methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience facilitating change in dynamic environments.
