Job Qualifications:

- An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
Job Duties:
- Setup and maintain configuration/base tables and troubleshoot issues related to the functional module.
- Research the impact of customizations and functionality when applying PeopleSoft patches and updates.
- Elicit and document requirements and specifications from business users and subject matter experts.
- Translate business requirements into a best fit within the PeopleSoft HCM application.
- Research new functionality released by Oracle PUM Images
- Mentor system analysts and provide leadership in project/issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain business process workflows, Functional Requirement Documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases.
- Participate in PUM and PeopleTools upgrade research and implementation activities.
- Conduct testing and QA activities.
- Create business process models and identify business process improvements.
- Define test scenarios based on requirements; create test scripts to prove each scenario through system testing.
- Collaborate with the technical team in identifying and resolving issues related to the batch schedule and job.
- Assess the impact on the Production Schedule from system outages.
- Document and follow the protocols for process failures.
- Work with developers and system admins to troubleshoot and fix production schedule issues.
- Design and setup workflow configurations.
Deliverables:
- Project artifacts, such as business process workflows, Functional Requirement Documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, use cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
- Document and follow the protocols for process failures.
- Reports and presentations on testing plans and outputs.
- PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM application configurations and related documentation.
- Reports and presentations on analyses and research.
