Pay Rate : $70.00-$75.00 / Hour
Position Overview : The Information Technology department at Client is seeking an experienced Intune / SCCM Administrator to join the team.
This individual will be primarily focused on desktop engineering using Intune / SCCM to administer endpoint management across Clients multiple sites.
The ideal consultant has expertise in endpoint management systems such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and JAMF, and is comfortable administering and maintaining all aspects of endpoint management including image creation, Autopilot deployment, patching, and software packaging and deployment company-wide.
This engineering role has general systems administration responsibilities and works closely with our information security and asset management teams.
This position plays a key role in facilitating the organizations rapid growth by ensuring that endpoints are managed, maintained, and updated in the most efficient way possible.
Current initiatives include a company-wide domain migration, and implementation of Intune / SCCM.
This position will report to the Enterprise Services Manager.
Responsibilities : Serve as primary SCCM and Intune administrator for 3500 employee workstations within the corporate environment : Manage the SCCM, Intune, and Jamf instances
Develop, update, and maintain operating system images for firm wide deployment
Automate repeatable tasks using scripting technologies to streamline operations and increase usability
Build, test, and deploy software packages for enterprise deployment
Ensure end point workstations maintain compliance with applicable regulatory regimes
Manage, test, and deploy monthly endpoint patching.
Supervise asset imaging processes (SCCM / Autopilot) to ensure consistency and application of best practices
Strictly adhere to all Change Management policies and procedures
Serve as an advanced technical resource for complex hardware and software issues
Recommend and execute on initiatives geared toward departmental process improvement
Mentor and train associates in endpoint management, Intune, SCCM, and Jamf
Document new processes and create training materials
Coordinate with other Information Technology resources and vendor support teams to escalate advanced issues and ensure swift resolution
Maintain current knowledge of technological trends and news relevant to hardware, software, training, and processes of the Information Technology department
Understand, comply with, and enforce USF policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and OSHA and HIPAA privacy rules
Adhere to and uphold all applicable federal and state compliance regulations as well as USFs Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook, compliance policies and procedures, and applicable healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse laws

Qualifications : Education : Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience; Masters degree preferred
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities represented below :
4 years of experience in a system administration role
4 years building operating system images / task sequences
4 years of experience managing software settings, deployments, group policy, and images in a global, enterprise-scale Windows environment, including the following technologies :
Intune / SCCM
AD Group Policy management
Jamf
4 years of experience using Microsoft scripting technologies including PowerShell
Experience with Intune implementation including Autopilot
Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience working with confidential information such as HIPAA, SOX, and financial data
