Position Overview :
- A strategic Technical Business Analyst with deep knowledge of Middle Office Trade Flow operations to drive innovation and optimize technology solutions for Investment Operations.
Responsibilities :
Partner with stakeholders to define and document business and technical needs, guiding development teams in implementing solutions.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to establish development plans, timelines, and project goals.Maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and issue tracking, ensuring on-time delivery.Design test cases and support both development and QA processes.Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.Analyze current systems and processes, contributing to a forward-looking technology strategy.Drive performance by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and improving system usage.Act as a key contact for escalated support issues, conducting root cause analyses to develop long-term solutions.Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving projects from initial requirements through deployment and support.8 years in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.Coding experience is required for system enhancements and updates-coding experience can be in either C# or JavaSQL-must be able to write and query using SQLStrong analytical skills and experience with business analysis and data modeling.Knowledge of middle office trading operations is a must haveExperience integrating applications with cloud solutions like AWS and Azure.Excellent communicator, skilled at engaging with both technical and business teams.If hired, you will enjoy the following ECLARO Benefits :
