Position Overview:

• Under the direction of the RN or LPN the CNA will provide direct care for the residents.
• This direct care will include but not limited to assisting and or completing ADL's.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Ambulating and transferring residents.
• Feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, monitoring and documenting Intake and output, taking vital signs / height and weight and documenting.
• Ensuring the safety of the residents.
• May perform a variety of limited housekeeping and cleaning duties related to direct patient care in order to ensure that treatment and patient areas are clean, sanitary, orderly, and properly supplied.
• Monitors for changes in condition and reports these changes to the RN or LPN.
  
  

Pay Rate: $23 / hour
