Required Qualifications:

• Centered around Generative AI or LLM program
• High touch stakeholders facing role.
• Significant experience in LLM, writing and delivering training to 50 - 100 audiences - technical, non-technical and complex tools.
• 1-2 years of experience in LLM or Generative AI experience is acceptable
• Someone who has over 10 years of experience in Change Management and Training who does not have LLM experience is acceptable.
• Solid Change Management and Training Management experience
• Clinical Trial or Life Science is highly preferred. Someone who has worked with Scientist/Data Scientist.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proactive mindset, adaptable for change.
• Delivering Change AI solutions experience is highly preferred.
• Certification or Accreditation of Change Management is desirable
