Significant experience in LLM, writing and delivering training to 50 - 100 audiences - technical, non-technical and complex tools. 1-2 years of experience in LLM or Generative AI experience is acceptable Someone who has over 10 years of experience in Change Management and Training who does not have LLM experience is acceptable. Solid Change Management and Training Management experience Clinical Trial or Life Science is highly preferred. Someone who has worked with Scientist / Data Scientist. Strong written and oral communication skills Proactive mindset, adaptable for change. Delivering Change AI solutions experience is highly preferred.
