Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Teamcenter to address specific business processes in Teamcenter.
- Develop prototypes and demonstrate solutions to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement and enhance modules and functionalities within Teamcenter, including CAD integration, data management, workflow automation, and configuration using OOTB solutions.
- Recommend and develop solutions based on latest Teamcenter PLM releases enhancements, industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to existing team members in Teamcenter, as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants to implement additional functionalities, resolve issues, and ensure a best-in-class PLM platform.
- Bachelor's/ master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in developing and configuring Client Teamcenter PLM solutions
- Strong knowledge of Client Teamcenter architecture, data model, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of configurable customization in Teamcenter modules like: Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Classification, Manufacturing Process Planner, PLMXML Administrator, Query builder, TC preferences, ACLs etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) architecture configurations.
- Knowledge of CAD systems, such as Creo, and their integration with Teamcenter.
- Experience in integrating Teamcenter PLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, MRP and CAD systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in design thinking, lean, agile methodologies to drive user-centric solutions.
