Position Overview:
- Will be responsible for US trade settlement and payment procedures for various global clients.
- Will have the opportunity to work closely with internal front office partners as well as other stakeholders to help support various initiatives to streamline the offering and deliver the best possible client experience.
- Interact with external vendors and internal IT / Product teams to coordinate tasks related to projects such as new technology deployment, industry changes (i.e. ISO20022), and systems migration / automation.
- Represent Operations on project calls to track project status, capture takeaways, and communicate with team to move projects forward.
- Enhance key operating document & standardize desktop procedures to assist team in identifying & remediating procedural gaps.
- Capture time spent on tasks to find efficiencies & develop enhanced Capacity Modelling.
- Assist team in daily production tasks such as client reporting, payment & transaction processing, and reconciliations.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
- Detail oriented.
- Basic SWIFT and US settlement market knowledge (Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and the US Client (Fed)).
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independent projects as needed.
