CRM Operations Support Consultant/SFMC Software Engineer
Hybrid in Overland, Park KS
Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm CT (32 hours per week, not guaranteed)
12-month contract with an option to extend or transition to full-time
What You Will Do:
- Manage SFMC data ingestion and ensure smooth data flow between our CDP and SFMC for consistent customer insights.
- Identify areas of opportunity for efficient data processes and assist with data migration from the current CDP to a new CDP.
- Perform data cleanups, standardizations, and monthly data validation with lead generation partners.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to create automations for deployments and reporting, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and provide technical support.
- Document existing and future automations and monitor API implementations across sales and CRM platforms.
- Customize SFMC and CDP approaches to build customer loyalty and create advanced segmentation for testing strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Developer with proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of SFMC components (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio).
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and SQL; familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in Ampscript and HTML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design documents.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Ensure compliance with digital communication regulations, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
