Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and stripping as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized appropriately.
- Support commercial cleaning efforts in various settings including offices, schools, and residential buildings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all custodial duties are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be beneficial.
- A strong understanding of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is essential.
