Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained.
- Execute residential painting tasks when required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices, retail spaces, and other facilities.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Provide custodial services that meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Act as a porter by transporting materials and supplies as needed throughout the facility.
- Engage in industrial cleaning processes to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of residential painting methods is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
