ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing our production department, managing a team of event professionals, and ensuring that all aspects of event execution align with our company’s standards of excellence.
We are only considering candidates with previous director-level experience in the event industry who have a proven track record of leading large-scale event production teams, optimizing operations, and delivering successful, high-caliber events.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide strategic leadership to the production team, including warehouse operations, inventory management, staffing, and on-site event teams.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment that aligns with company values.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
