Summary
eClerx is looking for a business analyst from the banking industry. The candidate will also have responsibility for some light data analysis. The candidate will have previous experience at an investment bank, exchange or clearing house specifically with a reference data background. The ability to analyze information, gather requirements, document them, build specifications, target operating models, and other skills from the Agile framework, are required. The role will also have ample opportunity for the person to contribute to the optimization of processes, procedures and applications. Previous experience with process improvement and controls is desired.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for technology solutions to support downstream applications
- Assess and manage project and application risks and issues
- Work as a part of a team of analysts and SMEs to identify and remediate functional gaps, driving continuous process improvements
- Documentation of product artifacts including TOMs, control frameworks, business requirements, user stories and test plans
- Provide data wrangling / analytics operations
- Draft report specifications after analyzing and understanding complex database schemas
- Prepare and communicate through effective presentations and written communications
Required Skills and Experience :
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $100,000-$125,000 Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
