Summary
This job is responsible for overseeing programs duties and complex projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives (multi million, multi business line, multi applications) delivering people, process and technology change.
- Responsible for programs / projects initiatives specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function.
- 8 years of experience leading people, process, and technology projects crossing multiple lines of business and multiple technology solutions
- Project responsibility requires responsibility for timeline, staff and budget.
- Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives.
- Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
- Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation.
- Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program / initiative setup, execution, and control.
- Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program / project roles.
- Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.
- Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
Eligibility Requirements
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$160,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
