Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements within the client CMO organization and related teams, supporting digital operations, marketing, CRM, campaign management, creative production, and analytics.
- Build consultative relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives across your engagement portfolio.
- Drive portfolio growth by developing new business opportunities, identifying client needs, and aligning services with business objectives.
- Develop and present strategic solutions that address client pain points, leveraging marketing technology and digital expertise.
- Lead and manage projects and services from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional, multinational, and distributed teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Client & Business Development Skills
- Proven experience in client management, account development, and consultative selling in a marketing or digital services environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth and business development.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Marketing & Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of marketing, technology, digital marketing operations, and analytics.
- Experience managing complex marketing projects for Fortune 500 clients.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong leadership ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrate an innovation and continuous improvement mindset in a constantly changing technology landscape.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years of experience in client services or consulting.
- Willingness to travel (~10% possible)

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
