Responsibilities
The Regulatory Reporting team oversees global regulatory filings and obligations. This includes preparing reports, coordinating responses for large cross-departmental filings, overseeing technology supporting regulatory filings, identifying and implementing automation opportunities, and managing data standards.
Regulatory bodies involved include, but are not limited to, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and Kanto Finance Bureau (KFB).

Responsibilities
The Regulatory Reporting team oversees global regulatory filings and obligations. This includes preparing reports, coordinating responses for large cross-departmental filings, overseeing technology supporting regulatory filings, identifying and implementing automation opportunities, and managing data standards.

- Manage cross-functional regulatory reporting projects and filings, ensuring timely execution.
- Review upcoming regulations, collaborate across functions, and develop processes to meet evolving requirements.
- Prepare and review filing responses for various regulators.
- Work closely with Compliance, Tax, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams on filings, requests, and projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and increasing efficiency and control within the team.
- 10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Familiarity with regulations including Form PF, AIFMD, CPO, and various transaction reporting regimes (e.g., MIFID II, MAS OTC Derivatives, CFTC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and build relationships across an organization.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset, able to conduct detailed analysis and synthesize information to make data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
