The Position :

The Brand, PR and Social Media Manager will work cross-functionally with the broader marketing, sales and service teams. The incumbent will manage on brand management, activation and media relations, social media and reputation management in partnership with leadership team. The incumbent will lead PR communications, media relations, as well as drive partnerships to build public perspective and deliver measurable business results. In partnership with the broader marketing team, the BPRSM Manager will lead and manage Eclipse Automation's social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You'll Be Doing :

Bring a bold perspective to brand marketing including owning campaign planning, creative brief development, go-to-market planning, and oversight of execution / implementationEstablish our media and corporate communications strategy in alignment with the company's priorities and business objectivesDevelop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and credibility across key media outlets.Provide media training for key stakeholders to ensure they are prepared for interviews and public appearances, enhancing their ability to represent the company effectivelyCollaborate with the team to support analyst relations by amplifying analyst research and insights to the broader market. This includes promoting analyst assets, assisting with writing for analyst projects, and leveraging analyst content in broader PR initiativesHelp bring our brand vision by facilitating campaign planning, creative briefs, media planning, and social media strategyWork with marketing team to develop bold creative that embodies our challenger tone of voiceAct as the guardian of the brand ensuring the adoption of the overall brand strategy and guidelinesManage and push external agencies including creative, media, and PR to create breakthrough workEstablish a strong reputation as a trustworthy leader of the automation galaxy with local and regional leadershipWork with internal clients, stakeholders and leadership to ensure PR engagements are strategic, and contribute to a holistic story for Eclipse's operationDiligently monitor, measure, and report on the company's media presence, offering recommendations on opportunities to advance coverage goals in strategic outletsOversee our earned and owned efforts, including organic social media channels, influencer program, content strategy, and PROversee the creation of media pitches and press releases and manage PR agency relationship to drive proactive storytelling and media coverageForge relationships with journalists and key influencers to help increase Eclipse's profile and drive positive sentimentWork with multiple stakeholders across the organization to uncover storytelling opportunities and creative content ideas

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experience in a branding, communications, public relations, or journalism-driven role either at a brand, startup, or agencyStrong storytelling and writing skills are essentialFundamental understanding of the media landscape (traditional, social)Excellent interviewing, written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in public relations and communications at a senior levelProven experience defining and implementing PR strategies and measuring impact of programsExperience with Social Media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
