The Position: Eclipse Automation is seeking a proven Project Manager to join our growing project management team. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Project Manager will provide leadership and coordination of project management functions for various divisions, including transportation, consumer goods, life sciences, and electronics. In this integral and highly visible role, the incumbent will work directly with the applications department, customers and project team to direct project scope and ensure profitability goals are met on time and on budget. What You’ll Be Doing: Direct and coordinate project schedules and resource allocation within project teams to ensure timely delivery Develop and manage project budgets while monitoring project profitability and ensuring alignment with scope and contract changes Liaise between departments to facilitate timely delivery of purchased items and Eclipse machinery, ensuring all contractual communication is clear Co-chair project meetings to ensure compliance with design specifications, schedules, and budgets among department leaders Ensure completion of all project contract deliverables through verification checklists, including internal pre-shipment checklists Motivate project teams to produce quality materials within tight deadlines while effectively communicating and troubleshooting issues with supervisors What We’re Looking For: An educational background in Project Management or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in a project management role  Knowledge of structuring resource planning, managing budgets and revenue expectations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset What We Offer: Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues An on-site fitness facility Three weeks of vacation (to start) 401k matching program Free snack program Why Join Us: Here at Eclipse Automation, creation and innovation are at our core, and our culture reflects that.
