Overview:
We are seeking a seasonal Banquet Server to join our team for Spring weekend shifts on mainly Fridays and Saturdays with some weekday availability. Shifts will begin immediately.
As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event
- Assist with event breakdown and clean-up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
