*Job Overview*
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented Clerks to join our team in our Lee Street Deli Market location. We're looking to hire two individuals with daytime availability starting at 10:30 AM.
The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to food and drink preparation, stocking, organizing, customer service, and maintaining kitchen operations.
*Responsibilities*
- Support food preparation activities in the kitchen
-Drink preparations(if 21 )
- Assist in packaging food items for delivery or takeout orders
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby area
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures at all times
-Can follow FIFO when stocking
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety, culinary practices, and basic food production techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment(especially during busy hours)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
