Your Role with the Company:
- Work with the shop staff to ensure that all project needs are pulled and ready for pick up/delivery the following day
- Ensure that equipment and materials is clean and well organized in the yard
- Keep accurate inventory of material and small tools
- Train and interface with shop staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Monitor the progress of projects, ensure small tool and material needs compliance ensuring that deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the shop or yard
- Implement new processes and procedures as needed to support the above-mentioned tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of operations
- Must be able to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with work attendance

Background Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to motivate and manage personnel
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Knowledge of shop equipment and tools
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence all stakeholders including colleagues, internal executives, and client representatives
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Strong written, verbal communication, and collaboration
- Experience with HCSS Software is a plus
- OSHA 30 is a plus
- First Aid CPR, AED Training is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
