The Management Trainee is full-time and involves responsibilities in:
- Entry-level sales & customer service
- Identifying market trends and preferences to adapt strategy
- Entry-level management training
- Sales and consulting presentations
- Face-to-face sales and customer support of new services for our clients
- Sales and customer service techniques
- Training sales and customer service representatives
Management Trainee Preferred Experience:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity
- Experience with public speaking for presenting to groups is a plus
- 4-year degree preferred, not required
- 1-2 years of customer service
- Demonstrated leadership ability. Sales and Customer Service experience is not required
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and can start immediately if offered the position
