What you will do
Day-to-Day Marketing Support (50%)
- Support the creation and execution of various marketing materials, including email campaigns, sell sheets, and promotional copy.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as coordinating marketing calendars, updating store locator finder, and overseeing the shipping of marketing assets and samples.
- Maintain organized trackers for ongoing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and event performance to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing, ensuring that marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
Trade Shows & Events (30%)
- Lead the planning, logistics, and coordination of trade shows, ensuring seamless execution of product samples, promotional materials, and booth setup.
- Oversee the management of shipping, staffing, and event-related materials for trade shows and on-site demos.
- Take ownership of event activation, including managing product samplings, demos, and setting up the systems and tools that empower effective lead capture and drive event success.
- Track event outcomes, gather post-event feedback, and compile detailed reports on performance metrics to improve future trade show and event strategies.
Social Media (20%)
- Lead the development and management of content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Oversee the scheduling, publishing, and optimization of posts to maintain consistent brand tone and messaging.
- Engage with followers and build community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to inform creative ideas and enhance social media presence.
This is a full-time exempt role based at our headquarters in Alameda, CA, where we provide free parking, vegan snacks, free Wednesday lunch, and unlimited coffee/beverages and more. A hybrid work schedule that balances work-from-home and in-office time based on the needs of the company and the position can be discussed.
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 equity options benefits.
The above represents the expected annual salary for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining our salary ranges, we consider experience, skills, and other job-related factors, while balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
