We are looking for the right person to add to our team

Must be over 21 yrs. old and have a VERY outgoing personality.

Must be well dressed with nice appearance at all times as you are representing our company.

Hours of operation are 9:30am to 7:00 pm Mon-Fri. and Saturday 9am-5pm

Must be able to start soon as you will have to train first.

Must live nearby as well in the 10 mile radius

You will have to provide exemplary customer service at all times.

Should be trustworthy, organized, ability to multi-task, reliable and dependable, courteous, friendly, and a capacity to think and learn in a fast environment.

Sales/Retail experience is required.

Spa experience preferred

Must be bilingual

You will be paid hourly $15.50 an hour plus tips

You must be able to multi-task.

Sales experience preferred in working in a spa or salon.

Must be exceptional with selling and promoting items and specials we have.

Must be professional.

Must have good communication skills.

This is not a temporary job.

You will be booking appts on the phone and in person, keeping track of inventory, checking clients in and out, cleaning ,etc.

Always making sure every client is fully happy and satisfied as possible.

Greet and acknowledge clients when they arrive/leave.

MUST BE CHEERFUL!

Understand opening and closing procedures.

Manage incoming/outgoing calls-----must be able to explain services offered and learn our services fully!

Schedule new and follow up appts.

Give explanation of services and benefits and tour of facility

Receive and process payments..

Employee discounts on services 50% and at cost retail products and at cost vitamin injections.

We provide an employee break room with private employee bathroom.

Must have flexible schedule

Have great personality

Bilingual a plus

Be self motivated

Will be opening and closing business

Must be dependable and responsible.

Will be the face of the business so must have good verbal skills and look very decent at all times.

Will be hosting clients and offering complimentary beverages

Will be inputting client data into computer

Paid weekly by direct deposit

We do phone interview 1st and then if that goes well and we feel you are what we are looking for in a candidate we will do a face to face interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
