We are recruiting an Executive Kitchen Manager to operate our upscale, independent restaurant in Hattiesburg/Oak Grove, MS.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and at least 5 years of restaurant experience, including 2 years in a management role.
The Executive Kitchen Manager will be responsible for developing dynamic seasonal menus, multi-course tasting menus, and featured items, as well as overseeing kitchen operations and training staff.
The successful candidate will also be able to collaborate with the General Manager to maintain staff schedules and food & labor costs, as well as oversee purchasing and inventory levels.
