Eclipse Restaurant is a fine dining establishment that seeks a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and have at least 5 years of restaurant experience, including 2 years in a management role.
We are looking for someone who can develop unique and exciting cuisine, oversee kitchen operations, and train staff on cooking techniques and presentation.
In addition to their culinary skills, the successful candidate will be able to collaborate with the General Manager to maintain staff schedules and food & labor costs, as well as oversee purchasing and inventory levels.
The Head Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, as well as mentoring the growth and career opportunities of team members.
