About Eclipse Restaurant:
We are a fine dining restaurant with a high-end bar and wine program located in Hattiesburg/Oak Grove, MS.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team and lead our culinary efforts.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and at least 5 years of restaurant experience, including 2 years in a management role.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing seasonal menus, multi-course tasting menus, and featured items, as well as overseeing kitchen operations and training staff.
The ideal candidate will also be able to mentor staff, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work collaboratively with the General Manager to meet business objectives.
