Overnight Security Supervisor
10pm-6am, Wednesday-Sunday
Position Overview:
The Overnight Security Supervisor would be responsible for supervising and coordinating security operations and personnel during their designated shift. They uphold the responsibilities, standards, and policies set forth by Eclipse Staffing and Security. The Shift Supervisor is authorized to recommend disciplinary measures. Assigned to a specific section of the city, they oversee security personnel within their designated area. Moreover, the Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility of filling in for officers who are absent. Ensuring the upkeep of vehicles and conducting thorough training sessions for officers are among their key duties. The Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Overnight Security Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate security operations and personnel throughout the assigned shift, ensuring adherence to Eclipse Staffing and Security's standards.
2. Policy Enforcement: Ensure that security officers fulfill their duties according to established policies, promptly recommending disciplinary actions in case of negligence.
3. Territorial Oversight: Manage security activities within the designated section (West or East) of the city, maintaining vigilance and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
4. Replacement Duty: Step in for absent officers when necessary, ensuring uninterrupted security coverage and operational continuity.
5. Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of security vehicles, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for operational readiness.
6. Officer Training: Conduct thorough training sessions for security officers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their roles effectively.
7. Reporting: Provide detailed reports on shift activities, including incidents, patrols, and any noteworthy occurrences, to the Overnight Security Manager.
8. Collaboration: Maintain open communication and collaboration with fellow security team members, management, and other relevant stakeholders.
9. Officer Accountability Apps: Must understand our two officer accountability apps Mobohubb and Uattend to train and monitor 24-hour security officers.

- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and operational oversight.
- Dedication to ongoing training and development of security personnel.
- Valid Drivers License
- Clear background and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in security management preferred.
- Shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required. The shift will be from 10pm-6am Wednesday through Sunday. The off days for this position are typically Monday and Tuesday.

- Must be comfortable with driving and sitting for long periods of time.
