Responsibilities
- Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Provide leadership in addressing employee relations issues, promoting a professional and supportive work environment.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Direct recruitment efforts and implement seamless onboarding processes for new team members.
- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with federal and state HR policies, regulations, and employment laws.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the selection, rollout, and management of employee benefits to maintain competitive offerings.
- Cultural Development: Collaborate with a well-equipped team to sustain and enhance the firm’s already outstanding culture.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies that align with organizational goals and support growth.
Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
- 5 years of HR leadership experience in a medium-sized business environment.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, recruitment strategies, and benefits management.
- In-depth knowledge of national and state employment regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and foster positive workplace relationships.
- Experience in managing organizational culture and change.
