General Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our production processes and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Duties

• Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to fabricate products as needed.
• Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse or factory setting, including operating forklifts when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely.
• Ability to assemble products accurately and efficiently on an assembly line.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
