We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to assess product specifications.
- Document findings from audits and inspections, providing detailed reports on quality issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality control processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in QA/QC.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and CGMP standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to product safety and quality.
- Experience with Calypso software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
