About the Role:
ECM Energy Services is currently hiring a Night Shift Dispatcher for a 12-hour overnight shift on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role and enjoys extended time off while still maintaining a full-time position.
As a Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for coordinating transportation services between drivers and customers, ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly during the night shift. If you’re a detail-oriented problem solver with experience in logistics and a passion for operational efficiency, this could be the perfect fit.
Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts
- 7 days on / 7 days off rotation

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage nightly delivery schedules
- Monitor truck and staff availability; anticipate delivery requirements
- Coordinate deliveries based on destination, timing, rate, and client specifications
- Verify delivery quantities and reconcile discrepancies
- Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet operational/financial goals
- Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, clients, and peers
- Uphold safety protocols and take corrective action as needed
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive pricing and order information
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of dispatch or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working overnight hours on a rotating weekly schedule
- Must be able to travel if required
