I. Position Description
Ecobat is a world leader in the efficient and safe recycling of lead. With the growth of lithium-ion battery materials, Ecobat has committed to recycling these scrap and end of life materials as part of their Solutions division. The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless coordination between the commercial acquisition of feedscrap and the operations team, as well as the efficient movement of finished products to end customers. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate SAP administration and fostering strong relationships with customers and vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the seamless handoff of materials and responsibilities from commercial acquisition of feedscrap to the operations team and manage the movement of finished products to end customers.
- Manage SAP administration to ensure accurate accounting of materials and products.
- Work closely with customers and vendors to respond to inquiries about materials, schedule inbound loads, organize outbound shipments, and provide other essential customer service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to return nonconforming materials to vendors and/or ensure appropriate invoice deductions are made.
II. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
