About Us : Eco Block, located in Crown Point, Indiana, is a leader in the agglomeration industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for briquetting, block technology, and industrial extrusionJob Brief : We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities :

• Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.
• Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
• Manages a construction manager and oversees their work.
• Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
• Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
• Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
• Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
• Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.Requirements :
• Proven experience as construction project manager
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction / project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• BSc / BA in engineering, building science or relevant fieldBonus Points :
