My Sister's Closet has been in business since doors opened in 1991. We consign luxury designer brand clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories, it's a great way for the consignor to make extra cash and the shopper to find great pieces of high-end fashion at an excellent price.
My Sister's Attic is a byproduct of My Sister's Closet which was founded in 1991. The Attic was born years later and holds the same ideas that our Closet stores uphold, the only difference of course is we consign fine beautiful luxury pieces of furniture, home decor and selected art pieces.
Our store manager's job is to oversee all aspects of our Chandler location of fine furniture and home decor. They make sure we provide the best customer service, maintain our brand image, and reach monthly and yearly sales goals. They motivate and inspire their team, help them learn about items coming in from our consignors, and make sure the employees sell these items to our repeat and new customers with knowledge, skill and optimal customer service.
As a store manager there is potential for monthly bonuses $$$

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service:
- Provide a high-quality shopping experience.
- Addressing customer service needs and concerns.
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieving sales targets.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Motivating the sales team to meet goals.
- Team Management:
- Hiring, training, coaching and ongoing development of store team.
- Ensure your team is knowledgeable about brands and items and that they provide excellent service.
- Responsible
- Daily Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Brand Representation:
- Maintain brand image and standards.
- Ensure the store reflects the company values and style.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong Leader skills, ability to motivate and coach a team.
- At least 2 years experience in retail management is required, high-end retail preferred.
- Ability to drive sales, provide excellent customer service,
- Familiarity to fine high-end furnishings and decor. Utilize your knowledge of high-end furnishings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills is required. Aspire to keep customer complaints to a minimum.
- Strong organizational, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to open, close and working weekends is required.
- This position requires long periods of standing.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, push, pull, kneel and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Experience with Paycom Time Management is a plus.
- Experience with employee scheduling, timecard punch corrections & approvals, PTO approvals, calculating employee commissions.

Pay Comments: PLUS: Hourly DOE: We offer competitive pay plus potential for commissions and bonuses for those that are eligible.
