General Job Description
Main goal is to give exceptional customer service to Eco Clean Hawaii clients and to adhere to job duties and company policies. Restoration Technician will perform water, fire, and smoke restoration services, mold and biohazard remediation, deodorization, asbestos and lead abatement, technical assistance and other related services to Eco Clean Hawaii clients in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner.
Job Responsibilities
Complete adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
Be to work 10-15 minutes before morning meeting and/or designated arrival time.
Participate in company meetings.
Complete required documentation, such as dry logs, photos, work notes, scope, etc.
Perform necessary restoration services under the direction of a supervisor and/or independently to Eco Clean Hawaii clients that reflect company, industry and safety standards. This includes water extraction, setting drying equipment, setting containment, controlled demolition, detailed cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.
Always treat customers with dignity, good manners and respect.

Perform daily maintenance on van, equipment and accessories. If you are assigned a company vehicle, you will be responsible for the maintenance, appearance, and organization of the vehicle. You are responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and keeping track of equipment placed on job sites.
Represent the company consistently in positive terms.
Responsible for operating and securing equipment safely.
Summary
JOB TITLE / SCHEDULE:
Your title will be Mitigation Technician. You will be reporting to the Mitigation Project Managers and Mitigation Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing temporary laborers when they are used.
This is a full-time hourly position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. Your regular weekly availability will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.You may also be asked to work on weekends. You may have to respond outside of normal working hours for emergency services. You will be required to be on-call for 1-2 days each week.
Performance/Rating
Mitigation Technician will have performance rated in the following areas...
1. Number of days on time compared with acceptable company standards (no more than 1 per month). 2.
100% attendance (does not include excused absences).
0% Customer damage as a team.
Proficiency Rating based on Tech Level chart.
Utilization of Albi
Semi Annual Performance Review with Mitigation Manager- Accountability, Role Performance, Teamwork, Cleanliness, Leadership, Customer Service Compensation
Mitigation Technician compensation will be as follows...
$20-$25 per hour (time and a half for overtime)
Some technicians may have a separate pay structure as agreed with Owners) of the company.
For those beginning employment on/or after January 1, 2025, the Tech Level Chart will be used to justity promotions and raises based on increased proficiency.
Promotions and raises may not be granted during the initial 90 day probationary period.
Additional $10/hr for hazardous material work (Asbestos, Lead, Bio)
5% of total project amount for Project Manager (if applicable)
$200.00 Emergency Service Call equally split between those who respond and arrive onsite within 1 hour of initial call locally, or one hour plus drive time for out of town.
