What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist/Hygiene Coordinator- Dental Experience Required position at Eco Dental?
Dental office in the Pearland area looking for a full time hygiene coordinator/front office dental receptionist to add to our team! Prior dental experience is required. The ideal candidate will be patient focused, motivated, detailed oriented, and possess exceptional problem solving skills. **Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Filling/ maintaining the hygiene schedule
- Make 50 recall phone calls daily
- Knowledgeable foundation of dental procedures, ADA Codes is a plus
- Strong computer and internet skills (Open Dental is used at our office)
- Schedule and confirm patients’ appointment
- Accurately verify and properly input insurance information
- Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
- Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
- Create insurance claims
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims in a timely manner
Office Hours:
Mon 9AM-5PM(ADMIN DAY)
Tues/Thur/Friday 9AM-5PM
Wed 10AM-5PM
Saturday 9AM-3PM**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
