Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and Repair various types of HVAC systems and associated equipment
- Promote and recommend additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction
- Make suggestions for maintenance services and convey potential risks to the customer
- Provide solutions for electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Respond to emergency repair situations and prevent HVAC system downtime
- Uphold our commitment to safety and quality by following appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety
- Strive for excellence by delivering top-tier service, following best practices, and exceeding customer expectations
- Nurture customer relationships through actively listening to customers and anticipating needs
- Leverage your sales instincts to upsell services and identify opportunities where it would be helpful to collaborate with sales
- Five (5) years working as a Residential HVAC Selling Technician
- Your superpower entails spotting sales opportunities and converting them into sales
- Current valid Driver's License
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
- Genuine desire to provide a great overall experience for customers
- Ability to work independently
- Working in various environments without compromising performance or safety
