Job Overview :
As an IT Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will help ensure smooth and efficient operations by providing technical support, managing systems, and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, providing support for desktop, network, and software problems.
Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Oversee data backup, recovery, and security operations to protect company data.
Assist in setting up and optimizing company software applications, such as CRM or accounting systems.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures.
Provide training and support to staff on the use of new technologies and systems.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software applications.
Familiarity with programming languages, customer relationship management tools, or accounting software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well with non-technical staff.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
