MUST have 10 years of experience with mowing, trimming, mulching, and fertilizing
MUST have reliable transportation
MUST be able to pass a federal background check
MUST be able to operate a zero-turn lawn mower
Responsibilities
- Oversee team of 2-3 workers to complete all landscaping tasks
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Assist in garden planting, weeding, and maintenance
- Engage in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall appearance of properties
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
Skills
- Effectively communicate to team members about daily tasks
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and gardening techniques
- Ability to dig, plant, prune, and care for trees and shrubs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
