Ecopool is building the world's largest pool manufacturing facility in Central Texas. Ecopool is a new category swimming pool that relies on innovative factory manufacturing processes. This patent pending technology will soon change the industry.

Summary of Position

We are seeking a hands-on Welding Manager to lead welding, cutting and fab operations. You have demonstrated success in welding (Mig) and cutting and manufacturing operations and leading the same. This role will be responsible for leading efficient fabrication practices. Most importantly, the candidate will be accountable for delivering quality product releases on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

Drive the manufacture and delivery of products on time

Takes ownership in Quality Control

Identify team bandwidth gaps and fill those positions with skilled individuals

Guide products to market delivery on a tight schedule

Build a passionate welding and fab team with a positive results oriented culture

Candidate Prerequisites

Strong knowledge of cutting and welding technologies

Candidate will help lead the transition from a start-up operation into a lean manufacturer. He or she will tackle new production and quality challenges and equip the team with the training, tools, processes and best practices to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.

Basic qualifications:

High school, GED, or equivalent diploma

Minimum 3 years of experience welding, preferable at least 2 years of mig.

Prefer previous supervisor or management experience

Strong mechanical and technical knowledge.

Takes pride in work.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
