About EcoEdge Landscaping:
EcoEdge Landscaping is an environmentally-conscious landscaping business dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainable outdoor services. Established a few years ago, EcoEdge was recently restructured under new management to improve operational efficiency and streamline service delivery. We offer services from Mulching/Weeding/Edging to Planting & Fertilization. We are a very competitive and team-orientated company. We also love holding team outings and hosting incentives.
Job Summary:
This is a seasonal job. We operate according to the landscaping season which runs from roughly, early March to late October. We begin in mid/late February to allow for a hot start into the season. We currently have no office, therefore all operations including, interview and meetings will be virtual.
Schedule: Part-Time - 22.5 hours per week
Tuesday-Friday: 3:30PM-7:30PM
Saturday: 11:00am-4:00pm
21 hours in the field Meetings for training & general performance check-up
Pay Type: Full Commission
Average performers make $23/hr
Top performers make $44 /hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients going door-to-door
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach potential customers.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our landscaping services and address client concerns.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting:
- Accurately track sales activities, leads, and appointments using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is not required however is preferred, especially in landscaping or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Age Requirement: 15 years old / Valid working papers in New Jersey
