What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Driver position at Eco Medical Inc.?
POSITION OFFERED: We are looking for a reliable service-oriented employee/driver to join our team. Route Drivers drive a company truck to business locations in the Northern California area.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The job entails picking up the company truck at our facility and picking up/dropping off medical supplies at 10-20 locations a day.
JOB TASKS INVOLVED: The employee will have a different route every day and will be required to assess and pre-organize the day’s route prior to beginning it. They will be required to examine the company truck for any problems and load the truck with the containers needed to run that particular day’s service route. The containers being picked up can weigh up to 50 pounds and the driver will have to load them at each site and unload them when they return to our facility. The employee will be required to keep accurate records of each container and label them accordingly, as well as interact with staff at each business location in a professional and courteous manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean driving record.
Professional, and friendly attitude.
Ability to work Monday - Thursday (No Weekends)
Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs.
Be able to pass pre-employment screening.
