THE OPPORTUNITY:
Eco is actively seeking a skilled Excavator Foreman to confidently lead our excavation crews. If you have a proven track record in managing excavation teams and operating excavators, we want you on our team! This is your chance to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic organization.
Job Description:
As an Excavation Foreman, you will complete all residential sewer installations efficiently and accurately to ensure a consistent customer experience!
Responsibilities
- Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services
- Record data (Job folders, checklist, pictures, etc.)
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
- Ensure jobs are appropriately installed; sign off on the job quality checklist
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor
- A clear understanding of equipment operations and safety guidelines for machinery
- Meet and exceed key performance requirements
- Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
- CDL or Class A CDL preferred
- Skilled in operating a backhoe, dump truck, and excavator equipment
- Ability to maneuver a dump truck and trailer up to 22ft
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
- An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
- Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
