THE OPPORTUNITY:
Eco is seeking experienced Excavation Workers to join our team!
Job Description: As an Excavation Team Member, you will Complete all residential sewer installations efficiently and accurately to ensure a consistent customer experience!
Responsibilities
- Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services
- Work alongside the installer to meet and exceed key performance requirements
- Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
- Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings
- Take the initiative to learn new skills, including sewer code, installation of water service, and downspout drainage systems
- Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
- Work in tight, sometimes uncomfortable spaces
- Remain mindful of small changes indicating cracks and possible cave-ins
- Ability to maneuver a dump truck
- Capable of lifting up to 100lbs
- Strong organizational skills for stocking and operations
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
- An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Offers are contingent upon clearing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
- Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
