We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel valet management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the valet department
• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their vehicles are handled with care
• Train and develop valet staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the scheduling and payroll for the valet staff
• Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel valet management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
