Landscaper/Snow Removal

Join our eco-conscious, single-owner company providing top-notch landscape and snow removal services to some of Boulder's most beautiful properties. We pride ourselves on using high-quality, battery-powered equipment, eliminating the noise and smell associated with traditional gas-powered tools. We offer a consistent work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7AM - 5PM April through October. The winter is on call/weather dependent with some regular maintenance in the interim. This full-time seasonal position involves a variety of landscape and snow removal duties, and we are eager to train the right candidate to uphold our standards of service.

• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning.

• Conduct seasonal tasks including spring and fall cleanups, bush/tree trimming.

• Operate battery-powered lawn care equipment.

• Conduct simple lawn irrigation repair such as head replacement and realignment.

• Handle various landscape projects as needed, including mulch and rock removal/replenishment.

• Drive snow plow/landscape truck and trailer to and from client properties.

• Lead shovel crews during winter storms.

• Uphold our commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

• Experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or irrigation industry is preferred but not required.

• Experience with a snow plow truck is preferred but not required.

• Must have reliable transportation to work.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must have a reliable phone.

• Positive attitude, a desire to provide great service, honesty, and integrity are essential.

Pay rate is dependent on skills and work taken on. Our current pay rate for the summer season is $20-23 per hour.

Our current pay rate for winter work is $25-45 per hour depending on responsibilities given.

The work location is in-person in Boulder, CO. Candidates should reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
