Ecosure Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exemplary communication skills. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our organization, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing essential reports. You will also be responsible for liaising with various departments to facilitate communication and project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules and organize meetings, including travel arrangements and agendas
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Maintain and organize files and confidential documents, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on various initiatives as needed
  • Monitor and prioritize emails and communications to ensure timely responses
  • Provide general office support such as ordering supplies and managing office logistics


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
